Terms of service

The working rules for evaluating and using the Fieldiz field-service platform.
Beta draft for legal reviewThis plain-language draft reflects the current product behavior. It must be approved with the final legal entity, address, and jurisdiction before paid public launch.

1. Beta service

Fieldiz provides software for managing field-service leads, customers, teams, jobs, documents, payments, and automations. During beta, features may change and external delivery or payment actions may remain clearly marked as Demo until the required provider account is configured.

2. Business eligibility and accounts

The service is intended for authorized representatives of U.S. businesses who are at least 18 years old. Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use multi-factor authentication when required, and promptly remove access for people who no longer work with the Company.

3. Company responsibility

Each Company is responsible for its customer relationships, service work, prices, taxes, estimates, invoices, employee permissions, communication consent, data accuracy, and compliance obligations. Fieldiz provides workflow software and is not the contractor, employer, accountant, tax adviser, or merchant providing the underlying field service.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Fieldiz subscriptions are processed through Stripe when live billing is enabled. A connected Company is the merchant for payments made by its end customers, and funds settle to that Company's connected Stripe account. Fieldiz may add the application fee disclosed for the Company's selected plan; the approved default is 0.5% for Free, Starter, and Pro and 0% for Enterprise. Plan prices, included seats, renewal terms, taxes, refunds, cancellation terms, and applicable payment fees must be confirmed in the final order and legally approved terms before paid launch.

5. Acceptable use

Users may not:

  • access another Company's data or bypass permissions;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual messages;
  • upload malware or use the service to attack, scrape, or disrupt another system;
  • store raw payment-card details in notes, forms, or uploads; or
  • resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where law expressly permits.

6. Company data and connected services

A Company retains its rights in the data it supplies. It authorizes Fieldiz to host, process, back up, and transmit that data only as needed to provide and secure the service. Stripe, Twilio, email, Meta, Google, and other connected providers have separate terms and may change or interrupt their services.

7. Availability, support, and beta risk

Fieldiz aims to provide a reliable service but beta access is provided for evaluation and may include interruptions or incomplete integrations. Companies should review important records, maintain appropriate business procedures, and report issues through the in-product feedback tool or admin@fieldiz.com.

8. Suspension, cancellation, and data requests

Fieldiz may suspend access to protect the platform, comply with law, address nonpayment, or stop material misuse. Company owners can export Company records and request deletion from Account settings. A request is held for 30 days before processing so it can be cancelled or reviewed.

9. Terms requiring final counsel approval

The final agreement must identify the contracting legal entity and address and include counsel-approved warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, dispute process, notice mechanics, and complete paid-plan cancellation and refund terms. This beta draft intentionally does not invent those material terms.
